This project was one that required a lot of attention to detail due to all the varying factors that were involved in this build. From the glazing element, the brief was for a fly away corner that was to disappear into a pocket into the wall.
Framemaster was able to achieve this by using our Aluminium range of doors and drafting up a bespoke solution to the requirement of the customer to incorporate a pocket slider.
The rooflight was a must and was required to be as large as possible, the agreed and installed size was 3m x 2m.
Our flat rooflights are triple glazed and offer a U Value of 0.8.
Framemaster were very much involved in all aspects of the build and was in constant contact with the builder and structural engineer to offer advice and weights for the installation of a cantilevered roof and Zinc finishings.
